One 2 ski
and bike ltd reg no 05155091 is Registered in England and Wales, at
Bryn Ewin Cottage, Moelfre, Abergele, Conwy, N.Wales, LL22 9RE.
These
terms and conditions along with the confirmation letter of your booking
comprise your agreement with One 2 ski & bike Limited company 05155091.
No contract exists between One 2 ski & bike and you the customer
until deposits are received and successfully processed and a booking
confirmation has been sent.
General
conditions
All holidays sold by One 2 ski & bike Ltd are on a half
board basis unless otherwise stated on your confirmation letter. All
holidays include breakfast, afternoon tea, evening meal, accommodation
transfer to and from Geneva airport. The cost of the holiday does not
include lift passes, ski hire, ski lessons, insurance, lunch. Your rooms
will be available at the latest by 2pm on your arrival date and must
be vacated by 10am on your departure date, we will however make facilities
available for storage of baggage or showering if you need them prior
to getting room.
Deposits
and Confirmation
Having made a provisional booking via e-mail or telephone we
will hold the accommodation for 7 days, within which time we must receive
a signed booking form with a deposit of 150 euro for each member of
the party. The deposit is non refundable, unless we are unable to confirm
the booking. If the holiday is booked less then 10 weeks from the arrival
date, then the full cost of the holiday is required when booking. For
bookings which include a group discount payment must be made using only
one cheque/transfer. On receipt of the booking form and successful processing
of the deposit we will send you a confirmation letter listing all the
holiday arrangements, the remaining balance of the holiday and the date
it is due. Please read this confirmation letter carefully as it is your
responsibility to inform us within 10 days if there are any discrepancies
or mistakes on this
Price
of holiday
At time of printing our prices were true and correct, however
we reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time.
We do however guarantee that once we have confirmed your booking the
price is fixed unless you wish to amend the booking,
Amendments
to your holiday.
If you wish to change your booking we will do our best to accommodate
you, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. If you or a member
of your party, are unable to come on holiday then it may be possible
for you to transfer the booking to another person as long as you give
us advance notice and that the booking remains exactly the same
Payment
An invoice showing your remaining balance on your holiday will be sent
to you 10 weeks before your arrival date and must be paid not less than
8 weeks before your arrival date. If the balance remains unpaid within
this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the
cancellation charges as written below.
Cancellation
by you the customer
If you decide to cancel your holiday, you must let us know
immediately in writing. The date of cancellation will be the date in
which we receive the cancellation letter.If you cancel more than 10
weeks before the start of your holiday you will lose your deposit. If
you cancel between 4 and 10 weeks before your arrival date then the
cancellation charge will be 50% of the total holiday cost. If you cancel
between 2 and 4 weeks of the start of your holiday then the cancellation
charge will be 80% of the total cost; and if you cancel within 2 weeks
then the cancellation charge will be the full cost of your holiday.
Cancellation
or amendments by One 2 ski & bike Ltd.
We reserve the right to cancel a holiday after a confirmation
note has been sent, and refund all monies.
If we have to change your holiday as booked we will let you know as
soon as possible. We will make every effort to provide you with a similar
holiday, however if this change does not suit you, we will refund all
amounts you have paid to us..
Compensation payments or refunds will not be made where a cancellation
is caused by situations under the heading Force Majeure, such as warfare,
riots, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural
disasters, lack of snow, fire, closure of roads, including access roads
to Morzine, due to adverse weather conditions or similar events outside
our control
Complaints
In the event that you have a complaint then this should be reported
to One 2 ski & bike immediately where we will endeavor to resolve
the problem immediately.
Insurance
It is a condition of booking that you have adequate travel
insurance which provides at least the same cover as our recommended
policy to cover skiing or snowboarding as appropriate. We recommend
Ski Insurance.Co.Uk they have 3 types of policy available standard,
super and super plus which range in price from £20.44 - £24.94

Insurance If you do not already have cover then we recommend you
purchase your insurance at the time of booking.
Your
behavior
Whilst on holiday with us, you promise to behave in a manner
that does not threaten the condition of the chalet or disturb the enjoyment
of the other guests. We reserve the right to recover from our customers
the cost of breakages, damage to accommodation etc caused with or without
intent by that customer. If your behavior or that of any member of your
party seriously impairs the enjoyment of the other guests, or behave
in a manner that damages the reputation of One 2 ski & bike then,
we reserve the right to refuse to further accommodate the guilty party
and contractual obligations to that individual(s) will cease.
Liability:
One 2 ski & bike Ltd. Does not accept liability for:
-financial loss or damage to property suffered by you other than due
to the negligence of our company.
any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to
the Property, nor in respect of any equipment, machinery or appliance
in the Property or garden.
-loss, damage, or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions,
riot, war,strikes or other matters beyond the control of One 2 ski &
bike Ltd.
-any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Client
if the chalet is destroyed or substantially damaged before the start
of the holiday and in such an event, One 2 Ski and Bike Ltd shall, within
seven days of notification to the Client, refund to the Client all sums
previously paid in respect of the holiday.
One 2 ski & bike's liability to the client shall under no circumstances
exceed the amount paid by the client for the holiday
Guiding
If accompanied skiing or guiding is provided, this is as a
free service to our clients and all clients ski at their own risk. One
2 Ski and Bike reserves the right to restrict the size of any ski-guiding
group. Should this service not be available at any time we cannot be
held responsible. One 2 Ski and Bike cannot be held responsible for
any accidents or injury however caused.
Please
note: the term 'arrival date' in these the terms and conditions of One
2 ski & bike Ltd refers to the date in which your holiday with us
commences.
